2024 GAYP WTM - Matteo Bernini vs Melikaya Nonyukela -Petal, Mississippi - Joe McDaniel, Sponsor
I am very glad to make preliminary announcement that GAYP World Title match between reigning Champion Matteo Bernini, Italy and Challenger Melikaya Nonyukela, South Africa setup and will take place in Petal, Mississippi, USA on June 23rd through June 28th, 2024 and scheduled for 24 games. This 2024 "GAYP" WTM was relocated from Tulsa to the International Checker Hall of Fame (ICHF) in Petal, MS. Charles Walker will host this match and Match Main Referee - Kim Willis, USA and she also will be in charge of streaming: she did excellent streaming for Lubabalo Kondlo vs Matteo Bernini match. Joe McDaniel and his family are the only major donor of event - many thanks to them for keeping our game alive! More later …
